Ripon College Campus Visits

Before registering for your visit, please read the following safety measures required of all Ripon College campus visitors:

For the health and safety of our campus visitors and community, we have implemented safety measures to ensure everyone's well-being. If you have any questions about these safety measures and visit requirements, please contact our visit coordinator, Maddie, at

If you have been diagnosed with COVID-19, have symptoms of COVID-19, or are feeling ill in general, we ask that you schedule a virtual visit until you have recovered. We’ll still be here for you to visit once you've recovered!

The Office of Admission is currently offering two types of on-campus visit opportunity.

    • Weekday Visits: We are hosting daily individual campus visits Monday through Friday between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm. Only one family (a student and two guests) is allowed to visit at a time.

    • Saturday Visits: We are hosting a small amount of Saturday campus visits. These special Saturday visits allow two to three families (a student and two guests) to visit at a time. After receiving a socially distanced admission overview, visiting students and their guests will go on individual tours with a student ambassador.

Both types of visits require students and their guests to register in advance to attend. No walk-in visitors will be given a campus tour or admission appointment.

Student visitors are allowed to bring up to two guests from their immediate family household. Any additional guests will not be allowed on tour. Limiting the number of guests will help us best practice social distancing in our office and on tour.

All visitors are required to wear a face mask for the duration of their visit, including the outdoor portions of our campus tour. If you need a face mask, we are happy to provide one for you upon your arrival to campus. All admission appointments will occur in social distanced locations that has been sanitized between different appointments.

To help keep our campus safe and healthy, certain buildings may require a health assessment, such as a digital thermometer screening, before you can enter the building. All students, faculty, staff, and campus visitors will be required to complete any assessments at checkpoint locations. We appreciate your cooperation to ensure the well-being of our campus community.

In the interest of our current students' health and safety, we are currently unable to tour visiting families through our residence halls or allow guests to attend in-person classes during the academic year. We thank you for your understanding as we do our best to keep our student's home and learning spaces as clean and isolated as possible during the pandemic. Visit to see photos of our residence halls and individual housing examples.
