Group Visit Request

Ripon College is pleased to offer group visit experiences for high school groups and college bound organizations. To inquire about visit opportunities and begin making arrangements, complete our request form.

Our Individual Visit Coordinator (IVC) will review your request and contact you within two business days. Once your visit has been confirmed by our IVC, we will provide you with an itinerary and other pertinent information. Please do not make any final plans until your visit date has been confirmed by our IVC.

Please read our group visit policies:

Please submit your request at least two weeks in advance of your proposed visit dates. Group visit approval will depend upon the availability of student ambassadors, classes being in session, and other campus events.
The maximum amount of students we can accommodate is 50. For every 15 students, we require one chaperone in attendance. It is highly recommended to bring high school students for a group visit.
Group visits are available on Tuesdays and Thursday with start times between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm. We do not allow group visits on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, or over the weekends.
If your group cannot make the trip to see campus in person, we can schedule a virtual group visit. Virtual group visits will include a virtual tour and admission presentation via Zoom.
If your plans change and you are no longer able to attend your scheduled group visit, please cancel at least 48 hours in advance. We are happy to reschedule on-campus group visit to another date.
Please plan to arrive on campus 15 minutes before the start of the visit. If your group arrives late to campus, your itinerary likely will be altered by shortening or eliminating sessions.

A note about Ripon College's primary student population

Historically, Ripon College has been a traditional residential undergraduate institution for students directly out of high school or looking to transfer after completing two years of college after high school. We do not currently offer virtual or evening courses and may not be the best fit for all adult learners, especially those with families or who are employed full-time. Of course, we are always happy to have an individual conversation with interested transfer students who want to learn more about the opportunities at Ripon College. We feel it is important to share this information before assembling your group to visit campus so students are aware.

We will do our best to accommodate your group on your date and time preference. As a reminder, the Office of Admission only hosts group visits on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Campus Tour and Admission Overview

During your group visit, you are guaranteed:

A campus tour with current student ambassadors (50 minutes)
An admission overview with an admission counselor (20-30 minutes).

If your visit timeline allows, we'd love to show you our Athletic, Health, and Wellness Center and Fine Arts Center (20-30 minutes). If you are interested, we also offer special interest sessions you can request.
