Credit Evaluation Request Form

Thank you for your interest in Ripon College. To request a credit evaluation, please submit transcripts from all colleges, universities, or community colleges you’ve attended. Unofficial transcripts (degree summary, screenshots or PDFs) can be used for a Preliminary Credit Evaluation, while Official Transcripts (sent directly from your institution) are required for an Official Credit Evaluation.

Note for First-Year Students:

If you earned dual credit in high school, you'll need to submit a transcript (official or unofficial) directly from the college or university that awarded the credit.
We cannot use high school transcripts that only list the dual credit courses.

Whether you have attended one college or more, you can submit all transcript uploads through the same upload process.
